that is good, same thing happened to me years when there was an outage. India booked a tech for each outage and when the tech came round I explained what had happened and he said he has just been to a call round the corner for the same problem. He left immediately and went to the next call round the corner and rang me back and said everyone has the same problem and he was going to escalate it to networks. 4 hours later everything was up and running and he rang me back to make sure everything was ok. I was well chuffed with the efficiency.
