in order for it to get escalated to the right peeps pronto when the dude comes round on Saturday you need to explain what has happened thus far and that an installation fault on the premises has already been ruled and it needs to be passed on to networks.
He/she will also need to look into whatever has been done today because they obviously think they have done something to fix it this morning or last night and it hasn't worked.
