UNBELIEVABLE
I was out today - my wife had a knock on the door from someone from VM asking if everything was ok? - She didn't know the problem so couldn't check. When I got home I did a speedtest and NO CHANGE.
I phoned India again and was told the engineer closed the call
. She then went through everything again on my computer (why?) and booked a technician
for Saturday (I wasn't available tomorrow). She swears it is a network technician - we will see.
