What's Owen doing wrong? All I can remember is of him being a straight laced bore. Heck, he even bought two houses next to each other, so that his parents could be (very) nearby!!!
Back to truTV, I am hearing reports that the technical standards are dire. Sound out of synch with the picture, just a black screen and channel DOG where the adverts should be etc.
Maybe the real reason that we don't have it is because it doesn't meet VM technical standards
