Well, Sky does have the
CityFibre and TalkTalk joint venture together with its
own trials in Basingstoke so over time the percentage of broadband delivered via Openreach will reduce. Cherry-picking a few key areas that account for a relatively high proportion of its clients is probably a good starting point allowing it to assess the costs and benefits.
