Just because none of us use Spotify doesn't make it any less valid a query, especially as he's already done some testing and found that it seems to be ok outside of Virgin's network but inside it, it's having issues. Of course NuttehButteh, what people are saying is correct as well - this isn't an official forum and support isn't guaranteed, so getting upset when nobody can help isn't productive either - it doesn't look like anyone else here uses Spotify, so your best bet is either spotify's forums or the official VM ones.
