In fairness to NuttehButteh, people post threads quite regularly about other services having issues, like Youtube and such. Just because none of us use Spotify doesn't make it any less valid a query, especially as he's already done some testing and found that it seems to be ok outside of Virgin's network but inside it, it's having issues. That seems like a perfectly valid and legitimate thing to investigate and there's no real harm in asking if anyone else was having the same thing.

This is, quite frankly, an utterly pointless and useless post. It doesn't contribute to the thread in any way, shape or form. Sorry, General, I've got a lot of respect for you and you're normally one of the more helpful people on this forum but think of how many threads would be derailed if everyone posted that they don't have anything to contribute to it.

Of course NuttehButteh, what people are saying is correct as well - this isn't an official forum and support isn't guaranteed, so getting upset when nobody can help isn't productive either - it doesn't look like anyone else here uses Spotify, so your best bet is either spotify's forums or the official VM ones.
