Probably is legit but don't always trust speedtest.net. After having some weird results that said I was in a military data centre rather than with Sky, I did some tests found that you could make the speedtest site say you was anywhere by changing HTTP headers. The results for those graphics is stored as you being wherever you spoofed. I know it makes no sense but can reproduce it at will.

If someone really thinks they need faster than 50Mbits, they are probably the kind that should have a remote server downloading for them these days
