It's frustrating. It usually goes through the following stages: -
1. Ignoring people.
2. Denial ("it's your PC!", "it's your browser settings!" etc.).
3. Acceptance.
4. Apologising.
Sadly, steps 1 and 2 can sometimes go on for weeks.
I posted on VM's Facebook page with info on the issue, as well as a link to the video I made that shows the problem. I told them that a bunch of affected users had posted on VM's forums, but nobody had replied. They told me to post on VM's forum and someone will reply - it's like they didn't even read what I said.
