Line rental saver

Asking for a relative. They called a week ago Friday and paid the line rental saver by card. She was looking at her my Virgin Media page over the weekend and the charges column was showing £144 and she is understandably worried she will be charged twice.

Has anyone on here who has done this know if this is just normal practice, the charge shows but is not actually charged when the bill is generated the following month? If it is normal, then I won't tell her to call Virgin. If not normal, then I will definitely be getting her to call.
