I think the three Sky companies are worth far more when both content and distribution are under one roof; separating them would just take out value.
I could see Sky Europe merging with CanalSat to form the basis of a global satellite business giving the new company market leadership in the UK, Ireland, France, Germany and Italy. This could provide Fox with an opportunity to sell down its stake, possibly to Canal Sat's major shareholder Vivendi.
