Yeah, the Search feature knows about all the content that's available. Also there's Browse that groups them by category.

Do you mean for watching old recordings? Generally VM give you 3 months after the channel has closed.

Press the Info button on the Tivo netflix app and it'll tell you what it is using.

A small correction to what steveh posted: Sky Premium HD On Demand content is only available on TiVo as it's H.264-encoded.
