I have done some further digging on this and I've managed to get to the bottom of this. There was a fibre break that caused some customers downstreams to drop off. For some reason this information was posted on to the main fault page so I had to check the networks fault page for it. So my apologies that you didn't get accurate fault info when you called in or even previously from myself for that matter.



The fault is now of course rectified and you should have full downstream lock. How are things from your side now?]
