I don't see the point in obsessing over the channel numbers myself, it doesn't bother me at all. Maybe the EPG could be split into more sections to make the identification of the channel you want easier (for example, general entertainment, reality, period channels, etc) to break up the lists.

The actual order of channels you can decide for yourself, so frankly I don't know what the fuss is all about. VM would not be able to satisfy everyone in any case, we all have our personal preferences.

How does this square with the constant cry that VM don't keep us informed about future plans, blue? Surely, the more we know about what's coming, the better, no matter how far away such launches are.
