You wouldn't see the likes of Ronaldo, Messi, Bale etc doing this. I'm not saying its the reason why England don't produce world class players, but it shows you something about their dedication to reaching the top when the likes of Wilshere, Hart, Rooney etc are seen boozing and smoking.
