i said 'I think', because there were these strange intimations from VM that the channel was coming, there were no ads about it and suddenly it was there. Even then it was downplayed. So it seemed to me that the deal had already been done and BT were able to milk as much out of the new channel as they could before it was launched on VM. I have no evidence that this was the case, but it's how if seemed at the time. Do you have information to the contrary? It would be interesting to know what was really going on!
