Well, OFCOM, PC Magazine, Broadband Genie, uSwitch can't all be wrong.

No.1 for speed
We don’t call our broadband ‘superfast’ for nothing…this year Ofcom has named us fastest widely available broadband* in the UK for the 6th year running, PC Magazine crowned us Fastest ISP in the UK, Broadband Genie named us Fastest Broadband Provider 2014 and we were voted Fastest Broadband 2014 by uSwitch.

No.1 for service
Customer service speaks volumes – and complaints speak even louder, which is why we’re chuffed to bits to be the least complained about broadband provider according to Ofcom. Either our customers are an extremely happy bunch, or we’re doing something right!

And our customers have rated us the best ISP among the major providers in the latest National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI) report.
