All heading in the right direction fitness wise.
5K times are about 3 minutes faster than at the turn of the year. I'm about a stone and a half lighter as well.
The bikes been scrubbed up and I have a cracking wee ride into work along the Clyde most mornings.
All in things are on track for a return to London next year to try the course without a knackered knee (finger crossed for ballot place) or failing that a step up to an ultra distance race.
