I gave that time as I knew 100% of TiVos should have picked up that update by 7pm. I'm interesting in finding out why oliver's didn't. Maybe his local BBC1 variant got missed, or his TiVo is having a problem calling back.

The callbacks are deliberately staggered to spread the load on the servers, but every Tivo should have picked up that update by 7pm. Both of mine had it when I checked at around 4pm.
