The "Limited connectivity" yellow exclamation mark usually means you are connected to the network, but you aren't getting an IP address or aren't getting external connectivity.

Usual culprit (outside of the CM side of the connection being dead) is that DHCP is not giving you an address. Quite likely the computer is set to use a static address outside the range the superhub will want to deliver, or that is currently in use by another device. Setting windows to get an address automatically and making sure the superhub has DHCP enabled would fix that.
