rang VM up to change tv package to a freeview option. got offered a tivo box to replace my v+ box. no problem but i was told there was no installation cost as i can do a self install. however looking online it says self install is not available with the tivo box. i am already a customer and no new cabling is required so is a self install usual practice or not?
