No, that would be a small one

. If it was a big fault they'd predict a quicker fix. Anyway, always take predicted fix times with a large pinch of salt - it's rare to know how long a fault will take to fix until it's fixed.
I have checked a couple of random Macc postcodes and no fault is listed, so it must be localised to you. Is there a fault ticket number showing here?
