Do I need to make a complaint against his continued personal remarks and attacks in many threads? There are plenty of examples I can give. It is these that derail the thread in the first place.

You over generalise. There are plenty of VM lovers here who attack those who say anything negative about them and it's the same people who tend to make the anti-sky threads. One of the vm cheerleader usual suspects is the one who started the bickering in this thread.
I see people happy with their Sky connections but no Sky 'lovers' in the same way as the Virgin groupies with the tendencies mentioned above. In fact I have seen no pro-sky comments in this thread at all so think your comment is wrong considering there are only Virgin lovers here
As for the topic again, it appears VM's CEO is talking to a lot of papers lately. Just free publicity that the advertising standards can't ban?
