Not sure he is allowed to transfer, the ban covers all administrative sides of the game, even if he can move who would want to sign him when they can't even do a proper press conference announcing the deal. Feel a bit bad for Liverpool, they have played no part in this incident and are being punished for it, they've even got to pay his wages!
