I'm sure they are all there primarily for revenue (apart from when BBC1 +1 starts).
LOL, after thinking about it, I might have been thinking about one of the missing Sky Sports HD channels (F1 I think).
People were wondering why it wasn't on VM, yet was carried by one of the smaller operators.
