He says punishment wont solve this issue regarding Suarez. Agreed. But he basically says Suarez should be given another chance
He also said TheFA getting involved will be purely to divert attention away from Englands failures. Suarez has assaulted players on the pitch but his career shouldn't be hampered by it.
