But not OK for BT to do so they must pay £?m per year for the cost of running it for the other broadcasters to use it and keep calling it an other name.

Couldn't agree more. It's about time the authorities got on to Sky's backs as well - where is the consistency?

Yes, and Sky have exclusive access to first run HBO shows and we rely on Sky to enable us to see these shows.
Someone wants to do a bit of joined up thinking.
