By asking about the big what ever it is I reduced my cost by £5 per month - only have 50meg instead of the 100 or what ever it offered but it only would have saved me 50p per month. This was by going to retentions not sales

When I was given the price (the standard cost advertised ) Sales knew I had a Tivo & a V+. So push for the standard price if that`s your choice
