If there's still no appetite for change within Brussels' ivory towers then I really can see the UK withdrawing from the EU. Of course there will be risks and costs associated with that but it's getting to the point where the risk of remaining part of the behemoth is even worse. These people are behaving like rabbits caught in car headlights...
