ive just got a reply from another post i put about it being down and this is the reply i got.
It isn't planned work. There has been a fault with the billing systems for much of the day. Often in situations like this it's not possible to predict how long it will take to fix.
is there anyway i can pay as think i went over my shadow credit limit today as new bill came out?
