I thought you meant that you have still got a year to run, but if you don't mean than I'm not sure what you are trying to say.
Why not ring up Customer Services and just ask if you can subscribe to Netflix and get any information you need from them. Incidentally, you will need a TIVO to access Netflix through your box.
