Technically it could be right as it depends what rules are set up.

However if you look at it in the bundle builder - there is a £9.50 difference between TV L and TV XL when taken with just the phone so even if it let you there is no advantage trying to do that as:

Big Bang + TV L = £35 + LR
Big Khanua = £45 + LR

So you would save all of 50p a month if you managed to get Big Bang + TV XL

They have actually tried to make it fairly rounded pricing wise with the upgrades (all plus line rental):

Big Easy = £20
Big Easy + More TV = £25
Big Bang = £30
Big Bang + TV L = £35
Big Kahuna = £45
and
Big Daddy = £95
