While Dates do seem to have a habit of slipping with VM, I don't think it's fair to say that they actually know the real dates. If they're guilty of anything, it's probably underestimating how long the rollout would take.

Quite a few people, myself included, have got the upgrade early without having a new contract just by asking them. If Virgin really are just shifting dates to keep customers, then why are they also upgrading existing customers early without even requiring a new contract?
