27 minutes and the CS rep had STILL not sorted it out, forcing you to have to turn to another member of staff in another department! That's ridiculous and may also be why waiting times to be answered can be so lengthy.
I wouldn't have had the patience, imagine how much this wasted time, loss of customers and potential increase in the ARPU of existing customers is costing LG
