Restricting the squad size is a good start seeing as CL teams need to have at least 8 locally-trained players but point deductions would surely be a bigger deterrent?

As with the case of the female referee's assistant who Andy Grey and Richard Keyes slagged off, I couldn't care which gender anyone is as long as they do a good job and being female has zero bearing on it IMO. Football still has a male-dominated attitude to women in the game are likely to get some resistance/abuse so as long as that gets dealt with I say bring them on
