Its quite simple cut your prices and adapt to a much more competitive market.
How's this a bad thing for us the customer ? When BT launched BT Sport there were all kinds of BB deals to be had. New customers should see some good deals coming as well

I'd be a little more concerned were I an employee or shareholder.
, for me my wallets far more important.
