3GB is even better
I did look at the Note 3 in the shop and it does look nice but it seems huge compared the S3. The actual screensize isn't much bigger but certainly looks much bigger.
The extremely long wait for the 4.3 update on the S3, as well as the fact they pushed out a bad update leaving some phones working really bad, upset a lot of people. On top of that they took over a month to send out a fix after they pulled the update.
Luckily I didn't update at the time so didn't affect me but the wait annoyed me. Now im on 4.3, happy to stay with it, so less worried about the updates at this point. You lose App Ops security on 4.4 onwards which I know some will not want to lose. Only thing on 4.4 that looks interesting is the NFC host card emulation.
