Yes the ESRAM may come into its own with tiling. But by then PS4 will be lead platform for everything so developers will never bother to use it to its full potential.

Also thats your opinion and doesn't in any make it a fact. Look at every other generation of console when they launched and then look at the games released after a couple of years, developers need to get to grips with the systems to be able to fully utilise the power at their disposal. Developers will already be working with DX12 and working on making the games look a lot more amazing for next year and beyond. Launch window games never are amazing.
