There are few managers out there who kick all the boxes: consistent (several years) evidence of performance at more than one club, competing at the top level and the Champions League and shown an ability to spend money on decent players. At of the managers out there that meet that spec, who could we get?

Klopps just signed a new deal as well until 2018 not that it matters possibly. If the money is waved both Dortmund and Klopp may bite ?
If a new manager isn't brought in then the structure at Arsenal needs to changed whether people like it or not. Players need to be brought in and Wenger himself needs to change a little. His methods have failed. Getting to the minimum requirement isn't success.
