EXPANSYS safe to use?

After having a bit of a nightmare with Amazon UK where I purchased a Google Nexus 10 which upon receipt didn't turn on and had a US charger.

When I was told to return it to HONG KONG, I was understandably upset, especially as there was no indication the seller wasn't UK based or that the item was a grey import. Whilst I fight this fight with Amazon, I came upon another deal with a company called EXPANSYS, now I have had zero dealings with these, so I don't know how good/bad they are.

I do know the price is good, and it has a UK plug on it, so that's a step in the right direction.

EXPANSYS, good or not ?
