You will probably find that if you keep VM BB and phone, you can keep one Tivo with M TV (which is essentially Freeview channels) for no extra cost. It actually reduced the cost for me.

Very true, although all those are available via PC. And there are things that you can get via a PC that aren't available via a Smart TV.
