Not if you are only watching catch up tv or on demand services. Also you can just tell TVL to jog on and remove their rights of access so they can't bother you. I was just honest with them told them come August i won't be re-newing my tv license as i'm getting rid of live tv and just using on demand and catch up tv services. As PB said just hook the pc upto the tv via HDMI mate or you could just set your DNS up on your router, what i did was buy a cheap router, put my superhub2 in modem mode as can't change dns on that, connected my new router to the hub set up dns on my router and that was it done. Just one DNS change needed mate.
