My sincere apologies. "A move from address "A" to "B" with Virgin Media which had a long standing account (at "A"). A new move to address "C", cancel Virgin contract & start with another provider. Virgin said OK but the remainder of the contract at "B" has to be paid first as the move to "B" started a new contract.
Can Virgin get away with this?"
A new move to address "C" should be a return to address "A", which has an up to date ongoing contract.
