Can someone in the London area with the correct facilities check for any off (or on) EPG tests please. Also, is it broadcast in the clear?

I am assuming that the way the cable system works is that all channels are piped, but channels intended for localised areas only appear on the EPG for their intended areas??

I want this channel, but am outside their broadcast area. I think I will have to use my satellite system to do so, but it would be useful if I could get it off the VM network via a cable TV enabled television.
It will be encrypted on satellite so unavailable on Freesat, just Sky. The website does not state it will be broadcast online but I would expect this to happen and be the best way for viewers out of the area to watch it though some bought-in content may not be available online.

That seems quite likely, the two others that come to mind are BlinkBox and Wuaki.
