As a consumer I'm glad there are 2 companies pushing each other to innovate. With Talk Talk and BT making noises on the scene I'm sure there's plenty more innovation and idea stealing ahead. Exciting times for consumers as it'll push providers to not only match but exceed what others offer in terms of content and services. I can't see the negative in that.
Agree both companies keep each other on their toes,and as you say Talk Talk and BT are both making noices.
