It is on auto connect.

Basically its fine for days/weeks then all of a sudden they get kicked from the wireless and have "failed to connect to wireless" messages. attempts to connect manually are met with password errors (even when i try) and deleting the SSID from their pcs and starting again makes no difference.

One i reboot the SH2 they can once again connect fine. No other devices experience any problems like this at any point.
