Thanks Virgin Media for three months free broadband with 152Meg
first month of 152Mb is free, the next two more months is £47.00 (free) out of -£54.53 and after that, the bill will be left over with in credit of -£7.53. They offer me three months free of charge and removed 12 months contract. And they had admitted that it was high utilisation in my area and the fix could be within 3 months. They also asked me to ring back if there is no fix time as I have two option choices, leave or they could give me a further free of charge. They admitted that a staff shouldn't have upgraded me to 152Mb as a mistake because of problem ongoing with 152Mb in Telford area.
Oh well, at least I got three months free!
