Well officially no one has actually been confirmed as bidding and those that are linked are just via rumours/leaks from those in the know (at least from what I understand). Only confirmation I recall seeing was that ITV were not bidding.

We shall see in a few days, have to say sounds like that if BT have put in a bid they will face stiff competition.
