This is a good case in question. If an administrator/moderator looked at that, they could make a judgement on it's provenance, trustworthiness etc and decide if to update the list or not. Is a rumour about an as yet unannounced plus 24 channel launching sometime in the next 12 months a rumour worth listing? I don't know. For me it's not, but for others it might be.
