Ah, but I'm not happy to be recontracted. Got an £11 loyalty discount at the moment, guess I'll wait as my update isn't far away allegedly (May to July).
Still unfair that new customers get this straight away and loyal (since 1996 in my case), have to wait.
But its what I'd expect from VM (oh for Bell Cablemedia - they were nice people to deal with in 1996 -made sure my 8 month pregant wife had access to our property at all times despite most of the neighbourhood being dug up; sometimes it would have been nice if they had denied her access
